25+ years in logistics
With more than 25 years of experience in transportation and logistics, Nitesh Bagadia brings extensive knowledge of fleet operations, project logistics, commercial transportation and supply-chain execution to HAWP Mobility.
He leads the company’s vision of enabling businesses to transition to electric logistics through HAWP-owned commercial EVs, dependable charging infrastructure and practical mid-mile and last-mile operating solutions.

Agraj Kanoria
10+ years in logistics
Agraj Kanoria brings more than 10 years of experience in logistics, fleet operations and supply-chain execution. As the second-in-command at HAWP Mobility, he works closely with the Managing Director to translate strategy into dependable day-to-day operations.
He oversees fleet deployment, customer fulfilment and charging-hub operations, while helping expand the company’s EV ecosystem, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions.
